VII All-Russian Scientific Conference with International Participation "Resistance of Plants and Microorganisms to Adverse Environmental Factors"

On July 5-10, 2026, the VII All-Russian Scientific Conference with International Participation "Resistance of Plants and Microorganisms to Adverse Environmental Factors" was held in the village of Listvyanka, Irkutsk Region. The conference was dedicated to the 65th anniversary of the Siberian Institute of Plant Physiology and Biochemistry of the Russian Academy of Sciences. More than 100 scientists from various cities of the Russian Federation, as well as their colleagues from the Republic of Belarus and China, participated in the conference. Director of the All-Russian Research Institute of Agricultural Microbiology, V.E. Tsyganov, presented a plenary report titled "Development of Symbiotic Nodules in Leguminous Plants as a Unique Ecological Niche for Rhizobia."
