Peshekhonov The issues of developing mechanisms to support scientific research and development, as well as the main areas of support for the implementation of the priority for the development of St. Petersburg until 2030, "Science and new Technologies", were discussed.
The key moment of the Plenary session was the report by Andrey Nikolaevich Blinov, in which he introduced those present to Presidential Decree No. 146 dated February 28, 2024 "On Strategic Goals and objectives for the development of the Russian Science Foundation for the period up to 2030." Igor Anatolyevich Tikhonovich, Scientific director of VNIISHM, who is chairman of the expert council of the St. Petersburg Scientific Foundation for Agricultural Sciences, in his speech emphasized the important role of using the genetic resources of microorganisms in the development of bioeconomics in our country.
