On May 7, 2025, two events dedicated to the celebration of the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War were held at the FSBSI ARRIAM.

1. The ceremony of laying flowers at the monument "The front line of the defense of Leningrad" at the railway station "Detskoselskaya".

2. The opening ceremony of the "Immortal Regiment" photo exhibition in the recreation area of the second floor of the laboratory building.

The exposition of the photo exhibition includes two blocks:
- Institute staff (veterans and blockade survivors)
- Relatives of the Institute's staff (veterans and blockade survivors)

The events were attended by both currently working staff, including young people, and veterans of our institute, as well as guests from the VISR Federal State Budgetary Budgetary Institution.
At the opening of the exhibition, the staff shared their memories of their relatives, whose photographs were presented at the exhibition. Many warm words were said about the institute's staff – veterans of the Great Patriotic War and the blockade. Special attention was paid to the memory of Lyudmila Pavlovna Krutikova, who, while staying in besieged Leningrad, was able to preserve the collection of microorganisms of the institute, warming it with the warmth of her body under her clothes. Some of the staff read excerpts from poems dedicated to the Great Patriotic War.

There was a wish to hold such events annually.
