By Order No. 775 of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation dated October 23, 2025
FSBSI ARRIAM is endowed with the functions of a bioresource center with the introduction of appropriate amendments to the Institute's Charter, providing for the clarification of its activities.:

- performing the functions of a bioresource center in relation to the biological (bioresource) collection under the jurisdiction of the Institution – collection of microorganisms "Network Bioresource Collection in the field of genetic technologies for agriculture" (ARCAM);

- performing functions related to the formation, preservation, development, study and use of the ARCAM collection.
