The mechanisms of reorganization of the architectonics of a eukaryotic cell in interaction with prokaryotic cells are revealed using the example of colonization of an infected cell of a nitrogen-fixing nodule with organelle-like symbiosomes. A detailed analysis of changes in the organization of the main cellular organelles during the differentiation of a plant cell is carried out.
The molecular genetic and cellular mechanisms of aging of nitrogen-fixing nodules are investigated and potential candidate genes for breeding legumes with prolonged nitrogen fixation are identified.
The molecular genetic and cellular mechanisms of aging of nitrogen-fixing nodules are investigated and potential candidate genes for breeding legumes with prolonged nitrogen fixation are identified.
The molecular and genetic mechanisms of cadmium resistance of legumes are being investigated and prerequisites are being created for the development of plant-microbial systems for phytoremediation of soils contaminated with heavy metals.
