  In 1972 she graduated from the Chemical and Mechanical College in Leningrad. In 1975, she started to work at the All-Russian Research Institute of Agricultural Microbiology in the Laboratory of Microbiology and Pathology of Rodents and Insects under the guidance of Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor Nikolai Vasilyevich Kandybin, as a laboratory assistant, later as an Engineer - category 1 in the Laboratory for Proteomics of supra-organizational systems.
