  Research directions:

  • The growth and development of plants. Biology of root system development. Structural and molecular mechanisms of the functioning of plant meristems. Genetic and structural mechanisms of initiation and development of the lateral root.
  • Plant cell cycle, cell proliferation, hormonal regulation and developmental patterns.
  • Structural and molecular genetic mechanisms of the formation of mycorrhizal symbiosis, as well as nodule nitrogen-fixing symbiosis (rhizobial and actinorizic).
