The All-Russian Institute of Plant Genetic Resources named after N.I. Vavilov (VIR) is holding the International Scientific Conference "VIR-130" on November 4-9, 2024: plant Genetic Resources" (abbreviated as "VIR–130 Conference")

The Federal Research Center All-Russian Institute of Plant Genetic Resources named after N.I. Vavilov (VIR) is holding the International Scientific Conference "VIR-130" on November 4-9, 2024: plant Genetic Resources" (abbreviated as "VIR–130 Conference"), dedicated to the anniversary of the founding of the Bureau of Applied Botany (the successor of VIR) under the Scientific Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture and State Property of the Russian Empire on November 8 (old style October 27), 1894.

Within the framework of the VIR-130 Conference, plenary sessions and parallel sessions, round tables and a poster session are planned (the schedule and structure of the conference are attached). The working languages of the conference are Russian and English.

Participation is full–time.
