The Federal State Budgetary Institution "All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Agricultural Microbiology" announces a competition for filling vacant positions

- Senior researcher at the laboratory of standard crops and nutrient media.

Requirements:

- Specialist in microbiology and molecular biology;

- academic degree of Candidate of Biological Sciences;

- research interests: biodiversity of microorganisms in extreme conditions, plant-microbial interactions, legume-rhizobial symbiosis;

- work experience in the relevant field for at least 10 years;

- at least 15 publications in journals indexed by WOS and/or Scopus over the past 3 years;

- experience in managing scientific projects.

- A researcher at the laboratory of microbiological monitoring and bioremediation of soils.

Requirements:

- completed higher education in biology/biotechnology;

- academic degree of Candidate of Biological Sciences;

- be a specialist in the field of molecular biology, genetics and bioinformatics;

- work experience in the relevant field for at least 5 years;

- experience in processing large amounts of data, such as deep DNA sequencing by NGS (Illumina/Solexa); working with metagenomic data; mathematical modeling and development of computational methods in the field of evolution and selection and the construction of working models; comparative analysis of genetic and functional diversity and their mutual dependence;

- at least 5 publications indexed by WoS or Scopus;

- high level of English language proficiency.
