In 1987, she graduated with honors from the Leningrad State University named after A.A. Zhdanov (specialization – industrial microbiology). In 1994, she received the degree of Candidate of Biological Sciences (dissertation topic "Complex characterization and selection of nodule bacteria of the goat Rhizobium galegae").Since 2006, he has been a leading researcher at the Laboratory of Typical Crops and Nutrient Media of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution ARRIAM. Since 2021, he has been the curator of the Network Bioresource Collection in the field of Genetic technologies for agriculture (RCAM).Scientific interests: taxonomy of nodule bacteria, biobanking, legume-rhizobial symbiosis, relict plant-microbial systems.
Laureate of the Prize of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of science and technology (Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated October 26, 2022 No. 3179-r).
